This website documents my personal experience as a homeowner during a rear extension project at 80 King Edward’s Road, Enfield. All information published here is based on:

  • my own communications with the trader
  • documents I received directly (engineering pack, drawings, emails)
  • dates, payments and events I personally experienced
  • my own opinions formed from those documented events

No content on this website is presented as professional engineering, legal or regulatory advice. I do not make accusations of fraud, criminal behaviour or misconduct. I do not speculate about intent. I do not publish technical claims that I cannot personally verify.

All statements are factual descriptions of what was delivered, what was not delivered, and how those issues affected my project timeline, builder pricing and Building Control submission.

Where I express an opinion, it is clearly based on my own experience and supported by documentation. This is protected under UK consumer law, including the right to publish honest reviews and factual accounts of services received.

If any party believes information on this site is inaccurate, they may contact me with documented evidence and I will review it.
