“My experience relates specifically to…Structural pack not Building Control‑ready and paid‑for amendments not delivered My experience relates specifically to the structural engineering service. The structural pack I received was not Building Control‑ready and contained several documented issues: the engineering document included the wrong project address the pack was produced from an earlier design, not the updated drawings paid‑for amendments were acknowledged but never delivered updated window sizes, new openings and the revised roof arrangement were not included the pack could not be used for accurate builder pricing or Building Control submission I raised these issues formally and provided evidence, but no correction or resolution was offered.
